Our prices stated are in GBP Sterling and exclude VAT (charged on adult sized clothing, balls, bats, pads, gloves, footballs and equipment)

Orders need to be sent via e-mail with all logo’s for embroidery/printing attached as incomplete orders will delay the manufacturing time (standard 4-6 weeks from the date of an order being received & re-confirmed and club shop orders will take 2 weeks from ordering)
The production cycle for bespoke orders can start at any time once your order has been confirmed and we are therefore unable to make any alterations to any orders once confirmed. Additional items may be added to the order however this may impact the delivery timescale.
If in any circumstance you need to cancel a bulk club order then you must immediately inform Wintech in writing and we will stop further production however as a result of the cancellation there will be a penalty to pay. This is dependant on the stage of production your order has reached and what work has commenced so far. We will obtain this information from our manufacturing site and will advise what the cost implications of the cancellation will be. This must be paid in full to Wintech via a bank transfer only within 10 working days of the cancellation.
Orders will not be dispatched unless full payment is received. Payment can be made by a bank transfer only.
Club shop orders must be paid for before the order is complete and should be done using a debit or credit card. Please ensure to complete all fields as incomplete or incorrectly completed fields will not secure your order. Wintech Sports provides a safe and secure online payment process and does not store any records of your credit card details. Orders placed on our website are done entirely at your own risk
All orders are bespoke and therefore we are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless manufactured incorrectly or faulty before worn. Items must be returned in the original state and packaging in order to be accepted and should be sent back to the Wintech Sports head office address at your own expense
Orders manufactured incorrectly or faulty goods must be reported and returned within 14 days in order to be accepted. Unfortunately, any returns after 14 days will not be accepted unless our manufacturing department agrees to replace them
Club shop orders can be exchanged if an incorrect size has been ordered however any items purchased in the sale or at a discounted price can not be exchanged or returned.
Your personal information will only ever be used for your order and will not be passed onto any third party without your consent. Wintech Sports may however contact you from time to time regarding our current promotions and packages however should you choose not to be contacted, please advise and your details will be removed
