Return Policy

Wintech Sports guarantees to offer you complete peace of mind when purchasing goods from us.

We comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods we have provided you, we offer a 14 day period where you are entitled to a complete money back guarantee or an exchange of item, providing the goods are returned to us with the original packaging and that they are in the same conditions as received by you.

Please however note, that we are unable to exchange or refund any items that are individually personalised to you or personalised to your club/society/company/organisation e.t.c. unless received faulty.

Any items bought in the sales or at a discounted price through the club shops or online can not be exchanged or returned unless a manufacturing fault is found.

Any further postage costs incurred returning the items to us is to be met by yourself.

Faulty Goods

Should you feel that you have received faulty goods, please email us at info@wintechsports.com with the details and pictures so we can investigate into the matter. If we can identify the fault as a manufacturing fault then we will ask you to return the item to us and you will be given the option of a full refund of your money or a replacement upon inspection of the item.

We reserve the right to seek the opinion of our manufacturer if required.

Refund or exchange does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning goods please include the following:

  • A copy of your e-mail correspondence with us regarding the return
  • The original packaging
  • Your delivery address, telephone number and email address
